Outbound calls
Your bots can make outbound calls to perform large-scale call campaigns for your customer database.
The bot communicates with customers in natural language and recognizes customers’ intents — agreement or disagreement, confirmation, etc. As a result, Aimylogic provides you with analytics containing call details.
Call campaigns are available on all subscription plans except Skill Master.
