Project creation and editing

To create a project in JAICP:

  1. Go to the JAICP main page and click + Create project.
  2. Select one of the ways to create a project:
  3. Specify the necessary settings.

After the project has been created, you can move on to creating a bot.

How to create a project​

Create a project from scratch​

  1. Fill in the fields:

    • Project name — the project name, required field.
    • NLU language — the language the bot will understand.

  2. Select where to store the project:

Create a project from a template​

In this case, you can create a project based on one of the JAICP templates.

  1. Select the language and the template:

    • NLU language — the language the bot will understand.

    • Template — a pre-configured bot example.

      tip
      The template will be loaded automatically and can be connected to a channel right away. Different templates have different content and structure: check the description below the template name.

  2. Specify the project name.

  3. Select where to store the project:

Upload an existing project​

You can upload the file with your project from your device.

  1. Fill in the fields:

    • Project name — the project name, required field.
    • ZIP file — the field for uploading your archive.

  2. Select where to store the project:

Project editing​

You can edit project settings after it has been created:

  1. On the JAICP main page, find the project you want to edit in the My projects section.
  2. Click next to the project name → Project settings.
  3. Apply all the necessary changes on the tabs:
  4. Click Save.
